WARRANTY
Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. warrants the equipment covered by this proposal to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage and when owned by the original purchaser or original end user for a period of 6 months after delivery to the original purchaser. This warranty shall not cover; 1). Items or components specified by the Buyer, which are not manufactured by Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc., or 2). Cutting tools, dies, and other expendable and perishable tooling. Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. does not warrant purchased components but will pass on the manufacturer's warranty to the Buyer and will aid the Buyer in such transactions. Leader Engineering's sole obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing parts manufactured or specified by Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. free of charges which shall be determined by Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. to be defective within the warranty period. In no event shall Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. be liable for; 1). Labor to replace defective components, 2). Lost time incurred by defective components, and 3). Damage or injuries sustained as a result of defective material in the equipment. The Buyer shall use and shall require employees to use all safety devices, guarding, and proper operating procedures as set forth in manuals and/or instructions furnished by Leader Engineering-Fabrication, Inc. The Buyer shall not remove or modify any such device or guard or warning sign.
